Selva 7 Nights
It’s a lovely little village on the foothills of the Tramuntana where there’s great riding wherever you ride with lots of variety as you can ride straight into the Mountains North and South along the foothills of the Tramuntana or head inland for some more flatter and easier terrain. Selva is blessed with a privileged location near the mountains and near the sea but also an ideal starting point to explore the charming heart of the island with its tiny villages and buzzing farmer markets the most popular being the Sineu markets every Wednesday since the early 1300s. Surrounded by almonds and olive orchards the area around Selva Caimari and Moscari is the most important center of olive oil production on the island and with this it has develop in a somehow unexpected gatronomic hub with some of the most renown restaurants like Miceli in Selva, Ca Na Toneta in Caimari, Brut in LLubi, Ses Coves in Campanet, amongst others. Along with great restaurants and olive and almond orchards come vineyards and wineries. Selva is right at the edge of the Binissalem wine country with some of the oldest wineries in Mallorca only a few Km away like Bodega Ribas in Consell and also one of the most young and innovative like Can Axartell.
We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the villa where depending on arrival time, we could do a quick bike fit session and go for a spin around Moscari and Selva before having aperitivo and dinner by in-house chef at the villa.
We can start with an easier rolling ride towards the south along the foothills of the Tramuntana and into the town of Bunyola where we have a great climb towards the mountain village of Orient and a great descent into Alaro for a nice lunch at our tome village. From here we have 20 Km back to the villa Ride: 70 Km with 1000m climbing.

With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea, it’s a constant up and down, twists and turns which take to the most Northerly point in Mallorca. An early start is recommended to avoid most of the traffic. After coming back from the Lighthouse, we suggest you take a detour to beautiful Cala Sant Vincent for a great sea food lunch by the sea or head home straight via Pollensa after a Pamboli at the square. Ride: 40-90 Km with 900-1200m climbing.
On Tuesday we can start from the villa and ride 60 Km over Coll de Soller and head to Cala Deia for lunch at that wonderful place Cas Patro March. From here we shuttle back to the villa. Ride: 60 Km with 1000m climbing
We could plan an easier ride today towards the center of the island and the scenic climb up to Cura Monastery. We could plan a cool picnic and wine tasting in an old windmill and drive back to hotel, or we could head for lunch at Sineu farmer’s market which happens every Wednesday since the 1300s. Ride: 70 Km with 900m climbing.

Beth Maloney2023-11-22Alfonso and Helena were so accommodating for Dan an I. We had a passport delay that required a month delay for our trip and Mills and Honey rescheduled the whole trip with ease. The hotels to restaurant reservations were fabulous. The bicycles and guided app were exactly what we needed to cycle independently but they were always a text or phone call away to assist. We would highly recommend this cycle company . Would love to come back and do it all over again soon.Bill Wright2023-11-22Majorca is an amazing cycling destination. From start to finish, the experience in Mallorca was filled with exciting bike rides, a taste of local culture and a stay at a lovely seaside hotel. We appreciated the expert biking support along with the high quality bikes. We cannot wait to explore with Mills and Honey again soon.Casa Berliner2023-11-02Mills and Honey After researching and talking to three cycling agencies that handles cycling in Mallorca, I knew I found the best company that is Mills And Honey. From day one of my communications via email and Whatsapp with Alfonso, I sensed his extensive knowledge of Mallorca’s many cycling destinations. We were a group of 10 who were very impressed and so WOW-ed by the entire cycling package! Accomodations were topnotch! Service, SAG, quick reply at the beck of our calls, the quality of our bikes and his wide network in Mallorca were key factors. His staff were highly experienced guides (Helena, Conrad and Marc) who made us felt safe and protected on the road everyday. Mills and Honey customized our daily activities and added the extra work of planning some lunch and dinner reservations for us plus a few hours of beach time. They might have ordered the best weather too because our sunny week was the object of envy. To Alfonso and Helena, we are coming back!!!! From Team Berliner. ( Renee)drewbob2023-10-26What a trip!
