Immerse yourself in the Tramuntana Mountains for 6 nights staying at top notch hotels and spas, 7 days riding the most iconic routes and climbs in Mallorca, and discovering our little bit of paradise and its magical culture. Mallorca at her best. Starting from Pollensa, the most popular cycling hub on the island, from where you can tackle the Cap Formentor Lighthouse and the Lluc Monastery loop including Coll de Sa Bataia climb. From here you’ll ride an epic along the Tramuntana Mountains including Sa Calobra and the over the highest road on the island to get to the idyllic artsy village of Deia and the stunning La Residencia. You can ride up to Valldemossa and Coll de Soller from here, and the last day you’ll ride our favourite ride along the SW coast for a final night in Palma de Mallorca, the charming capital of the island.
Pollensa it’s a lovely town with a rich history of artists, plenty of options for dining and some cool shops with local brands and products. Its location is the perfect starting point for the ride to Formentor Lighthouse, one of the classics of the island, as well as Sa Calobra, and Coll de Sa Bataia, a good variety of Spanish and international food restaurants, and many good little corners where to sip a “cafecito” after your morning ride. A good place to get our guests’ favorite souvenir, a Mallorca-themed cycling jersey.
Ride and Wine. (in that order) Depending on your time/day of arrival, we can do a ride along the rolling terrain of the Tramuntana foothills and the Binissalem wine country where we will find Can Axartell Winery, one of the youngest and most innovative Bodegas in Mallorca. After the visit, wine tasting and light lunch, we could drive you to Son Brull only 5 minutes away for an easy afternoon and enjoy the gorgeous hotel.
The peninsula of Alcudia is opened up to hikers by way of a wonderful circular walk up to the panoramic viewpoint of Sa Talaia d’Alcudia for some great views and to the hidden Coll Baix beach. You could bring your swimming gear for a cheeky swim at the turquoise water before a charming walk along the valley and back to the Ermita de la Victoria.
One of Mallorca’s iconic cycling routes and in the bucket list of many cyclists around the world so we think everyone should give this a try. It’s a constant up and down, twists and turns which take to the most Northerly point in Mallorca and on your way back you can take a detour to beautiful Cala Sant Vincent for a great seafood lunch by the sea.
A charming stone’s village set in the heart of the World Heritage’s Tramuntana Mountains and with the elegant Mediterranean sea as background. Deià has always attracted quite an eclectic crew of writers, poets, and artists who since the early 1900s have given the village its artsy fame and bohemian energy. Not much has changed of the gorgeous little streets of the village and the charming setting since then, making it as attractive and idyllic as ever.
Ride Sa Calobra and Sailing. It’s an epic ride along the Tramuntana including a detour to the world-famous Sa Calobra, a must-do for any cyclists coming to Mallorca. The whole ride it’s over 70 Km long so if you prefer to take it easier we can plan a sailing yacht to pick you up from Sa Calobra and have an easy sail to Port de Soller while having a canapes brunch and cava on board. Life’s good!
is a great day to have a rest day or at least a day off the saddle so we could plan a good hike along the coast for lunch at Port de Soller on the old artists’ trail or we could plan a Coasteering activity along the Tramuntana Coast on a RIB boat. Coasteering can include some hiking, cliff jumping, swimming, rappelling, swimming into sea cave, snorkeling, cliff rock climbing. It’s suitable for all levels and the activities can be adapted to personal preferences.
The capital of the island and a cool little city to finish the trip off and have a last evening in town wandering around the narrow and charming streets of the old town with its many bars and restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and the wonderful Palma Cathedral. Also a good idea to have next morning in town so you can pay a visit to the municipal markets and have some fresh seafood direct from the stalls.
SW Coast. Today is the cherry on top of the cake, and what we think is the best ride in Mallorca along the SW coast passing the stunning coastal villages of Banyalbufar, Estellencs, and Andratx all the way to Sant Elm for a great lunch at Es Moli, where we could pick you up and drive you back to Palma for a last night in town, a great way to finish the trip, and only a 15 minutes drive to the airport the following morning.
Ride: 57Km with 900m climbing.
is like Carl & José’s home. Enjoy a warm, relaxing and personal atmosphere in this adults only hotel. Discover the charm of Sineu, a village full of history located in the center of Mallorca.
in Deià is an award winning luxury hotel and spa resort hewn from local stone, tucked into the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains on Mallorca’s north-west coast and just a stone’s throw from the clear blue Mediterranean sea.
Located in the city’s famed square, Placa de Cort, sits at the epicentre of the historic and increasingly cosmopolitan city of Palma de Mallorca. Once a 19thC Bank, the hotel has been redesigned with Moorish tiled floors, maritime-chic designs and island-inspired details and features a stunning roof top swimming pool and bar.

Beth Maloney2023-11-22Alfonso and Helena were so accommodating for Dan an I. We had a passport delay that required a month delay for our trip and Mills and Honey rescheduled the whole trip with ease. The hotels to restaurant reservations were fabulous. The bicycles and guided app were exactly what we needed to cycle independently but they were always a text or phone call away to assist. We would highly recommend this cycle company . Would love to come back and do it all over again soon.Bill Wright2023-11-22Majorca is an amazing cycling destination. From start to finish, the experience in Mallorca was filled with exciting bike rides, a taste of local culture and a stay at a lovely seaside hotel. We appreciated the expert biking support along with the high quality bikes. We cannot wait to explore with Mills and Honey again soon.Casa Berliner2023-11-02Mills and Honey After researching and talking to three cycling agencies that handles cycling in Mallorca, I knew I found the best company that is Mills And Honey. From day one of my communications via email and Whatsapp with Alfonso, I sensed his extensive knowledge of Mallorca’s many cycling destinations. We were a group of 10 who were very impressed and so WOW-ed by the entire cycling package! Accomodations were topnotch! Service, SAG, quick reply at the beck of our calls, the quality of our bikes and his wide network in Mallorca were key factors. His staff were highly experienced guides (Helena, Conrad and Marc) who made us felt safe and protected on the road everyday. Mills and Honey customized our daily activities and added the extra work of planning some lunch and dinner reservations for us plus a few hours of beach time. They might have ordered the best weather too because our sunny week was the object of envy. To Alfonso and Helena, we are coming back!!!! From Team Berliner. ( Renee)drewbob2023-10-26What a trip!
